I founded Northrup Consulting to help clients identify their business needs, and then provide the services necessary to effectively manage their operation.
I currently live and operate in the Bay Area. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from UC Santa Barbara, and hold a Masters degree in Business Administration. My MBA degree holds Triple Crown accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS). I have a multilateral business perspective arising from a combination of domestic and international education. I have facilitated business needs in a variety of fields including healthcare, law, and technology. What my business lacks in comparison to large firms I make up for in affordability and approachability.
I understand the importance of clear communication and expectation. Flexibility is something I offer my clients, and I'm prepared to be as hands on (or off) as desired. I have no secret strategy designed to keep clients dependent on my services. As an MSO, I designed Northrup Consulting to be able to provide the catered services that many businesses lack.
